Effects on shipping and delivery by German Post DHL:
∗ For Canada: Shipment is possible using (1) "German Post/premium international service". Shipments costs are 49.90 Euro (delivery will take at least 10 to 14 business days) and (2) using "Warenpost". However until further notice those parcels will be shipped only via ocean freight. Delivery will take at least 30 to 60 day. As soon as available we will update this information. Shipment costs are between 12.90 Euro (1 box) and 22.90 Euro (4 boxes).

Shipments costs are 54.90 Euro (delivery will take at least 10 to 14 business days) and (2) using "Warenpost". However until further notice those parcels will be shipped only via ocean freight. ∗ For China: Shipping of Warenpost International items is limited to Standard (Economy) shipping. Shipments costs are 49.90 Euro. As current transit times are unpredictable, please anticipate a transit time of around 15-30 days.
∗ As a result of the airspace bans currently in place over Russia, Ukraine, and other countries, various flight connections have been interrupted, and a number of other connections are being forced to fly a longer route than previously. This increases the amount of fuel required and reduces available transport capacity on these flights.

Customs duties
If your package is being shipped to an address outside of the European Union (EU), your package will pass through international customs and may be subject to additional delay.
For deliveries outside of the European Union the customer shall be responsible for any and all charges for customs clearances and all export and/or import duties.
What happens of I refuse a delivery shipment?
We assume you understand your individual country’s import rules.If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to your country, any storage fees your order incurred and the cost to ship it back to us. We will charge you for these expenses after your item is returned to us.
Damage in Transit
Please pay attention to the condition of your delivery on its arrival. It can be opened while witnessed by the postman. Don't accept any damaged or pre-opened packages - otherwise you accept the receipt of the undamaged delivery in silence (if in doubt, note the name of the postman or employee of shipping). In that case you will need a written confirmation of the deliverer. After you have sent us this confirmation, we will replace the articles immediately.
